Your new roleHays are working with a growing organisation in North Bristol who are looking for a purchase ledger on a temporary basis. The organisation offers hybrid and flexible working. Pay for the role is £13 per hour + holiday. Main duties of the role include:
- Manually input invoices into the software system, matching against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Make payments for weekly pay run
- Deal with the accounts payable inbox
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and formulas
- Flexible attitude to adapt when necessary
- Excellent communication skills
