With a focus on innovation, our client is at the forefront of delivering essential solutions across various sectors. They are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and support their Sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and manage existing direct and non-direct accounts in the UK & Ireland.
  • Answer incoming calls on the UK & Ireland hotline, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist with organising events and meetings with customers and colleagues.
  • Generate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities with Architects.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide pricing information where necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of existing and new customers using Sales Force CRM System and Excel.
  • Support the sales team by utilising CRM systems and tools effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, technical, or a business-related field is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is required.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools, with direct experience in Office 365.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, embracing change and new initiatives.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
