YB Temps is hiring immediate-start professionals with experience handling complex and repetitive administration tasks for a corporate head office for the next 3-6 months.
The purpose of the role is to support our client with a high volume of work that they would like administered to a very high standard. We are looking for experienced administrators with attention to detail who can commit to our assignment for at least the next three months.
Duties:
- Managing inbound orders
- Quality checking information provided
- Cross-checking details internally
- Scheduling work to a high standard
- Completing documentation with high accuracy
- Contacting customers in writing/email to confirm details
- Adding the complete case notes to the internal CRM system
- Escalating any perceived problems
This is an immediate start role with a pro-rata salary of £24K; full training and onboarding and dedicated support from YB Temps as you navigate your assignment will be provided.
Candidates should be able to easily commute to the Bristol area of BS18; parking is available onsite.
