Job Advert: SEND Annual Review Administrator (Temporary Contract)

Pay: Day rate dependent on experience
Contract: end of June
Working arrangements: Remote considered, or 1 to 2 days in office
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SEND Annual Review Administrator to join our dedicated team. This temporary position is to cover a colleague on secondment, with the possibility of extension (though this cannot be guaranteed at this stage).
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to senior SEND officers for annual reviews.
* Efficiently manage data and documentation using Liquid Logic software.
* Coordinate and track review schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Liaise with families, schools, and other stakeholders regarding annual reviews (limited customer-facing interaction).
* Maintain accurate records and uphold data confidentiality.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within SEND or educational settings.
* Liquid Logic software experience is essential.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Enhanced DBS clearance (required).
