Our client, based in Severn Beach near Bristol are currently recruiting for Site Operators to join their growing team.



Hours - 6am - 4pm Monday to Friday
Pay - 11.63 first 40 hours worked weekly, then 17.45 per hour! (Yearly salary around 30,000)
The role is temporary ongoing and for the right candidate will be a permanent role with growth opportunities.

No direct experience is necessary although this role would be ideal for candidates that have a labouring background as the role is very physical.



We're looking for a Site Operator to manage the manufacturing processes at our client in Severn Beach. The client is professional, fast-paced, challenging, and their goal is to recover metal from incinerated household waste.

The Site Operator will be responsible for supervising and managing staff as well as monitoring and maintaining all manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate for this position will be an energetic problem-solver with strong communication skills and a particular interest in the manufacturing sector.


Responsibilities of the Site Operator:

  • Comply with safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Complete daily maintenance and cleaning on the machines and site (All training provided)
  • Monitor the site when it is in full operation to spot any issues that may affect production.
  • Work with other staff to meet production and quality standards.
  • Operate machines according to technical specifications.
  • Follow work schedules as determined by plant management.
  • Communicate with other workers to solve problems.
  • Monitor equipment and make necessary adjustments.
