Job Title: Finishing Foreman
Location: Bristol
Role Type: Full-time, contract or permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising all finishing trades on-site (carpentry, painting, plastering, etc.)
- Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail throughout the project
- Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring timelines are met
- Conducting final inspections and snagging
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained on-site
- Reporting progress to the site manager and resolving any issues that arise
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades and attention to detail
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate various tasks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SSSTS
