- Manage ASB cases, including noise complaints, hate crimes, domestic violence, fly-tipping, and high-level ASB incidents.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to address ASB issues.
- Work closely with solicitors, prepare witness statements, and represent cases in court.
- Ensure regular contact with complainants and perpetrators, providing support and enforcement where necessary.
- Apply for injunctions and other legal measures to prevent ASB.
- Engage with local communities, visiting affected areas, and liaising with residents.
- Experience handling ASB cases within housing or a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of legal processes related to ASB enforcement.
- Ability to prepare court documents and liaise with legal teams.
- Confidence in engaging with residents, complainants, and perpetrators.
- Understanding of issues related to mental health and protected characteristics, including racism and discrimination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both in the office and out in the community.
- Interviews available Monday and Tuesday next week.
- Hybrid working model: Office/Patch-based Monday–Wednesday, Home-based Thursday & Friday.
- Role involves regular site visits and in-person engagement.
