Juice Recruitment are working with a high end office space coordination company seeking a Temporary Receptionist/FOH EXperience coordinator to provide reception cover at their Bristol office.

As the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Your primary focus will be a mix of front desk responsibilities and assisting with building coordination. This role requires you to be on-site for the duration of the cover period. The dates for this role is Monday 10th February to Friday 14th March (1 week/5 Days).

The hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the company, greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Oversee meeting bookings, esnuring the correct contacts know the visitor has arrived and direct them to the correct floor.
  • Assist with office coordination, including monitoring facilities, reporting maintenance issues, and keeping communal areas organised.
  • Handle administrative tasks via a smart phone and coordinate meetings, such as managing the correct deliveries, ordering needed supplies, and responding to inquirires.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for internal events and office activities.
