Your new role
Hays are working with a not-for-profit organisation in Bristol who are looking for a Payroll Administrator on a temporary basis. The organisation offers hybrid working, 1 day a week from home. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Duties include:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll of around 50 members of staff
  • Process all new starters, leavers, P45's and holiday
  • Upload individuals' pension details
  • Update the organisations spreadsheets to keep accurate records

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in an end-to-end payroll position
  • Exposure using Workday is desired
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
