Your new roleHays is working with a charity in Bristol who are looking for a part-time temporary payroll administrator. The organisation are based north of the city centre and offer hybrid working. They are also flexible around the number of hours you are able to commit to. Pay for the role is dependent on experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintain payroll records
- Process and verify employee timesheets and attendance
- Address and resolve employee payroll enquiries promptly
- Ensure payroll processes adhere to regulatory standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Fundamental knowledge of payroll functions and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- Experience with Workday is an advantage
