Role Overview

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for both weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. You will also support the finance team in broader financial functions when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Calculate wages, process payroll, and ensure timely payments.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure payroll taxes are accurately calculated and submitted, staying updated on relevant regulations.
  • Deductions & Benefits: Manage employee deductions, pensions, and benefits administration.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate payroll records and update employee information.
  • Timekeeping Management: Verify timesheets and ensure correct tracking of hours, overtime, and PTO.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations, tax compliance, and employment laws.
  • Ability to manage multiple payrolls and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
