This role is being recruited on a year fixed term contract and will require candidates to work 2 days/week.
Reporting into senior management, the Payroll Project Specialist will be responsible for:
- Start to finish processing of c300 employees - these are mainly monthly but with a very small amount of weekly
- Full ownership of the payroll function
- All HMRC submissions
- All payroll year end
- In addition, this role will support with the selection and implementation of a new payroll software
- Performing parallel runs & identifying any errors
- Working with the Head of HR with any queries and issues
