  • Governance Management: Coordinate and support the delivery of programme governance activities, including maintaining a governance calendar, preparing agendas, and providing Secretariat support by documenting minutes and tracking actions and decisions throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the development and quality assurance of programme deliverables, ensuring they meet the necessary standards to achieve successful Gateway Reviews and approval processes.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular, concise, and high-quality progress reports that include milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables. Work with Programme Managers and Workstream Leads to keep all stakeholders informed.

  • Action & Decision Tracking: Establish and maintain an Actions, Decisions, and Changes Log to ensure that all actions from governance meetings are captured, updated, and reported on in accordance with the governance framework.
  • Financial Management: Support Programme Managers in the reporting of programme financials to ensure budgets are tracked and managed effectively.
  • Document Management: Set up and administer permissions for the Programme repository in SharePoint, ensuring easy access to documentation for all relevant users.
