About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Bristol. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by providing essential physiotherapy services directly in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments for patients recently discharged from hospital or other services.
Deliver follow-up appointments, supporting patients in their recovery and rehabilitation.
Work with housebound patients, tailoring treatment plans to their specific needs.
Promote independence and improve patient quality of life through effective physiotherapy interventions.
Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for patients.

About YouThe ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced Physiotherapist who is confident working independently in a community-based setting. Key requirements include:

HCPC Registration (Health and Care Professions Council)
Previous experience as a Band 6 Physiotherapist (or equivalent)
Strong assessment, care planning, and rehabilitation skills.
Ability to manage a caseload effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
