About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Bristol. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by providing essential physiotherapy services directly in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments for patients recently discharged from hospital or other services.
  • Deliver follow-up appointments, supporting patients in their recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Work with housebound patients, tailoring treatment plans to their specific needs.
  • Promote independence and improve patient quality of life through effective physiotherapy interventions.
  • Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for patients.

About YouThe ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced Physiotherapist who is confident working independently in a community-based setting. Key requirements include:

  • HCPC Registration (Health and Care Professions Council)
  • Previous experience as a Band 6 Physiotherapist (or equivalent)
  • Strong assessment, care planning, and rehabilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
