Our Local Authority client are seeking a locum Occupational Therapist to support their Disabled Children's Team across North East Somerset.

You'll assess and contribute to the needs of the Local Authoritie's children and young people who are experiencing difficulties with activities of daily living in their own homes and where necessary provide a community based OT service to meet those needs.

You will effectively manage a caseload of children with a wide range of needs using evidence-based practice to holistically assess the needs, plan and provide interventions ie specialist equipment and/or make recommendations re adaptations and evaluate interventions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
