Pay - We can pay 20 CIS for the first 12-weeks, but once on the books, you can negotiate salary. Normally, the client offers 16-17 / hour PAYE

Company - Property Maintenance company based in the South-West

Resourcing Group is currently working with a big player managing property maintenance services in the South-West, and they have won a massive disrepairs contract with Bristol Council. You would be working on small-medium sized reactive maintenance projects in occupied homes. They are looking for several strong Multi-Trade Operatives with a strong domestic and property maintenance background to complete anything from basic plumbing, flooring , plastering, carpentry etc.

The successful candidates must have a full UK driving license, be able to pass a DBS check, and proven work experience working as a multi-skilled operative (or equivalent) in domestic maintenance projects.
