A great opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Legionella Plumber to join a world-class facilities management Company based in the UK.
- Full time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm
- £34,000 DOE
- Fully expensed van
- Mobile Position
Role Responsibilities:
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- carry out a range of monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing.
- Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
- Maintain customer's water safe logbooks
- To take a variety of Water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with the Water Technical Manual guidance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is an essential
- Clean Full UK Driving license
- L8 Experience is an advantage
