- Scheduling planned maintenance tasks in for engineers
- Taking calls from engineers and contractors and resolving issues they have
- Raising purchase order numbers for contractors and engineers.
- Booking in visits with sites.
- Taking certification, reviewing it and raising remedials if required.
- Making sure planned maintenance and remedials are completed within their fixed SLA.

- Worked in an office-based environment before. (preferably FM based)
- Good knowledge of office-based systems such as Excel and word.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Understands and adheres to procedures.
- Friendly with a good phone manor.
- Works well in a team and independently.
- Works to timelines well and self-motivated.
- Good understanding of IT equipment to learn how to use our own CAFM system and the clients.
- Good problem-solving skills.
