We are currently partnering with a reputable Social Housing Association in Bristol, who are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join their team on a contract until the end of March 2025, with opportunities to be extended/go permanent following this.

This is a full-time position an hourly rate of circa. £14.50 per hour and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Entering data onto in-house systems and excel
  • Liaising with internal staff, ensuring all documents are uploaded onto the system
  • Coordinating between surveyors/tenants to ensure asbestos surveys are able to be carried out in adherence with regulations
  • Chasing purchase orders and raising invoices for compliance remedial works
  • Ensuring email inboxes are occupied, and are filtered accordingly

Requirements:

  • IT proficiency, especially in MS Excel
  • Administration experience, ideally within property compliance
