- Provide administrative support across the business.
- Oversee onboarding processes and assist with HR functions.
- Manage training schedules and course bookings.
- Coordinate subcontractor requirements.
- Maintain Sentinel profiles and ensure records are accurate.
- Keep company documentation up to date.
- Book travel and accommodation for operatives.
- Assist with audit compliance (RISQS, ISO).
- Support directors with ad hoc admin and tasks.
- File and maintain incident reports.
- Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Confident using digital platforms – experience with Sentinel is advantageous.
- Background in the rail industry is highly desirable.
- A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Hybrid working pattern (2–3 days office based).
