This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with experience in the rail industry to play a vital role in ensuring operational compliance and supporting business functions.Responsibilities of the Compliance Manager include:
  • Provide administrative support across the business.
  • Oversee onboarding processes and assist with HR functions.
  • Manage training schedules and course bookings.
  • Coordinate subcontractor requirements.
  • Maintain Sentinel profiles and ensure records are accurate.
  • Keep company documentation up to date.
  • Book travel and accommodation for operatives.
  • Assist with audit compliance (RISQS, ISO).
  • Support directors with ad hoc admin and tasks.
  • File and maintain incident reports.
To be considered for the role of Compliance Manager, you will require:
  • Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Confident using digital platforms – experience with Sentinel is advantageous.
  • Background in the rail industry is highly desirable.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
