Description

  • Maintain our ISO9001 Management System and lead the update to ISO14001, coordinating across all departments
  • Identify and implement processes to meet client requirements and expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement and develop corrective actions for non-conformities
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits of our management systems
  • Lead validation of new products to ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Address customer complaints and requests in coordination with After Sales
  • Manage supplier homologations, audits, and monitoring
  • Respond to public administration requests regarding environmental aspects
  • Lead and develop a team of quality professionals
  • Participate in setting departmental objectives and monitor results
  • Represent the company with external stakeholders including auditors, suppliers, clients, and public administration

Profile

As the Quality & Environment Manager you will be able to demonstrate

  • Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering discipline
  • Demonstrable Quality Management experience gained in a manufacturing environment
  • Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO14001 standards
  • Strong understanding of quality and environmental management systems
  • Supplier Quality
  • Team leadership and people development skills
