We’re looking for an experienced Trust Technical Manager to join a growing, independent trust services team. If you’re passionate about delivering top-tier client service and leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you!

�? What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of existing client trusts, delivering excellent service
  • Ensure trust cases are handled efficiently with optimal team support
  • Supervise case managers to maintain high administrative standards
  • Deliver technical training at both individual and team levels
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Lead and support technical business projects as needed
  • Contribute to wider business initiatives through active team participation
  • Provide specialist trust advice to your team and colleagues
  • Manage compliance and risk within your team’s trust cases
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, contributing to their development

�? What You’ll Need:

  • STEP qualification or relevant law degree
  • 5+ years’ experience managing UK trusts
  • Strong knowledge of trust taxation & regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, organisation & communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
