Salary: Up to £73,819 - £85,529 per annum - dependent on experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A proven track record in leading school improvement and raising attainment.
- Strong skills in business management, budgeting, accounts, and compliance.
- The ability to inspire and lead a dedicated team through change.
- A passion for creating an inclusive and high-achieving learning environment.
Essential:
- Qualified teacher status ( QTS ).
- Primary Headteacher experience.
- Proven School improvement experience.
