About the role

Job Role: KS2 Primary Teacher.

Location: South Gloucester

Salary: £31,650 - £43,333 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)? The role is for a year 4 teacher from January 2025 till July 2025 (term 3-6). You would be required to plan, mark, do parents evening and lead Geography. There are a proportion of children with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH and 2 with EHCPS that have 1:1 support). The successful candidate would be given PPA and subject leadership time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students within KS2 / Key Stage Two.
  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum EYFS framework.
  • Passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
  • Effective communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents.
