The Role

We are looking for teachers who have positive behaviour management skills, able to work on an ad-hoc basis covering absence, PPA or training.

Long-Term Teachers are proud to put your preferences at the forefront of the opportunities available; there are chances of working within EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms.

Some positions are full-time and others are part-time roles, but we also have work on a Supply basis.

  • Have positive behaviour management techniques.

  • Communicate clearly with staff members.

  • Work closely with the class Teaching Assistants to support individual children.

  • Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.

  • Hold high expectations of the pupils' achievements.

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to the expectations of the school

  • Follow school safeguarding policies.
