A fantastic primary school in Bristol is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or an experienced teaching assistant to build their experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Behavioural Needs.

The ideal candidate will have a degree graded 2:2 or above, and some previous experience working with SEN children is desirable. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work 1:1 with pupils with Special Needs and Challenging Behaviour. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with children facing mental health challenges, displaying challenging behaviours, and having learning disabilities such as Autism.

The school is located in central Bristol, with excellent transport links and on-site parking available.

The school is looking for a confident, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive impact on children's education. Ideally, the successful candidate will have strong behaviour management skills and may have some form of restraint training.
