Certain Advantage are recruiting for a Communications Lead to join our client, a leading delivery partner for programme, project and construction management services on major infrastructure projects in the UK and abroad.

This is a permanent opportunity working hybrid, needing some weekly visits to the office at Aztec West, N.Bristol.

As a Communications Lead you'll be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive Communications Strategy that aims to enhance awareness and foster greater collaboration across the project. As well as crafting the overarching strategy, you will play an active part in authoring and delivering communications and set the department up for success for long-term implementation.

What we're hoping to see in your application

  • Demonstrable experience in preparing communication materials and plans.
  • Ability to understand and segment different stakeholders and audience and match to appropriate channels of communication.
  • Evidence of translating complex topics and strategies into clear, engaging, and accessible communications tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels of the organisation.
  • Influential individual with ability to obtain buy-in to proposals that meet business objectives.
  • Ability to respond to quickly changing circumstances and high levels of demand, providing timely, high-quality communications support as needed.

You'll need to show that you;

  • Are adaptable to new ideas, wishes to continuously learn and seek operational excellence.
  • Are able to navigate varying business needs, prioritise workload and coordinate support from others.
  • Are dependable with the ability to work effectively on own initiative as well as collaboratively with others.
