Product Manager (Robotics)

THE COMPANY

We are partnered with a fast-rising international Robotics business on a pivotal Product hire.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful Robotics Product Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the ideation and definition of future robotics products, aligning with business goals and industry trends.
  • Overseeing the software package associated with robotics products, ensuring optimal performance and conducting thorough testing.
  • Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and international development teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinating daily activities of Scrum teams, including Software Integration, Algorithms Engineering, Robotics Engineering, and Localisation Engineering.
  • Prioritising development tasks with engineering teams and manage stakeholders' expectations. Lead 10-week program incremental planning cycles to maintain project momentum

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and with diverse stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of software integration, algorithms, robotics fundamentals, and localisation technologies
  • Proven experience in coordinating Scrum teams and driving Agile development processes
  • A track record of leveraging market analysis to inform product strategy and drive innovation
  • Adept at managing stakeholders and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
