Built Intelligence is a rapidly growing technology/SaaS organisation offering a unique portfolio of services to the Built Environment and Infrastructure sector across the UK and internationally.We are number two in our market with our sights set firmly on the market leader. Not only are we beating them in their own backyard, but in addition, our proposition cant be equalled. Evidently, were growing at a significant rate and now need a Sales Development Representative to open up new client opportunities.

Duties

Consultatively build a pipeline of opportunities with prospects via a blend of cold calling, e-mails, LinkedIn and other outreach tools

Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to identify target accounts for prospecting

Work closely with Business Development Managers in the team, with the opportunity to shadow and learn to progress your career

Uncover prospects business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities

Efficiently and effectively process assigned opportunities into demo opportunities

Manage your own pipeline and all work activities, maintaining accurate information and up-to-date forecasts on all prospects

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to secure new business meetings

Required knowledge, skills or experience

1 year+ experience in a B2B sales environment

Experience of using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology

Ability to develop trust and relationships with prospects, customers and colleagues

Excellent telephone and online presentation skills

Strong desire to be part of a team that delivers our customers breakthrough results

Ambitious and career orientated as there is a clear route into 360-degree BDM role

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00

Rates of pay:

£28,000 - £32,000 + circa £10,000 OTE
