INTERACTION RECRUITMENT IS LOOKING FOR A - Depot Quality Controller

Working hours:  Mon – Fri, 40 hours.

Job Function: To ensure all company assets off-hired and returned to the depot are inspected, damages/missing items recorded, photographed and recharged to the customer.

The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • To inspect all units/vans/lights for any damage and recharge the customer
  • To inspect all off hired units/vans/lights for any missing items and recharge the customer
  • To inspect all off hired units/vans/lights for any rubbish disposal and deep clean requirements and recharge the customer
  • To raise the repair for any damages that need to be rectified at the Depot
  • Identify the parts required to affect the repair and raise a purchase requisition for any non- stocked parts
  • To identify and set aside any units that require refurbishment
  • To ensure any customer belongings left in the unit/van are logged and stored for the customer to collect or be returned
  • Correctly process all jobs on the works mobile tablet and in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the company’s health and safety policy and procedures are adhered to in relation to all depot operations
