Copello have partnered with an established engineering business based in Bristol in the recruitment of a V&V Lead Engineer.

Salary: Up to 57,000, depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: Applicants must be British Citizens or Dual UK Nationals with British citizenship (delete if not applicable).

The Opportunity:

As the lead for the UK programme, you will oversee the functional systems engineering team. This role reports to the Land Ceptor Chief Systems Engineer via the Certification Lead. Your focus will be on delivering the UK MRAD programme and supporting the In-Service Support team to maintain the Land Ceptor product. A key part of this role is leading a growing team of systems engineers to meet certification delivery timelines under challenging conditions.

With an in-service capability to support and ongoing enhancements for multiple customers, this is an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience or apply your existing skills in delivering military capability.

  • Team Leadership: Capable of organizing and leading a small team of systems engineers to efficiently meet project plans.
