Job Requirements
Objectives of this Role
? Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
? Integrate & Coordinate with Global facilities in ensuring the program timeline are achieved
? Experience in managing complex project with new technology Facility building
? Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
? Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
? Manage budget and funding channels for the factory building, installation, commissioning and full production
Job Responsibilities
? Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
? Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
? Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
? Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
? Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
? Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
? Managing the programs budget; Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements; Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies; Managing and utilizing resources across projects;
? Managing stakeholders communication; Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the programs outcome with the aid of the business change manager; and Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.
Skills and attributes of the program manager
? The program manager must have strong practical experience in project management, which was gained through managing large and complex projects. He or she must have the following:
Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques;
Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program;
Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management;
Strong leadership and management skills;
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures; and
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
Work Experience
Skills and Qualifications
? Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
? 10+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
? Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
? Working knowledge of implementation on new technology
? Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
