The Role:
Are you a Lifecycle Project Manager looking for a new contract? This opportunity has just come live for a Project Manager to join a leading organisation, overseeing full lifecycle projects across multiple BFS sites in Bristol. This role will involve managing design, estimation, resource allocation, and planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Fully leading capital works across the sites, ensuring full health and safety is adhered to at all times. Key Responsibilities:
Full Project Lifecycle Management – From inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of project delivery align with business goals.
Design & Estimation – Overseeing project design, assessing requirements, and preparing cost estimates.
Resource & Planning Management – Allocating resources effectively, scheduling works, and ensuring smooth execution.
Stakeholder Engagement – Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
Compliance & Safety – Ensuring projects adhere to regulations, health & safety standards, and contractual obligations.
Reporting & Progress Monitoring – Tracking project performance, addressing challenges, and providing updates to senior management. Requirements:
Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within BFS or a similar environment.
Strong knowledge of design, estimation, planning, and resource management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strategic approach.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
DBS clearance required (must be obtained before starting due to contract nature)
