As a Project Coordinator you will directly support the successful delivery of projects undertaken by the Delivery team (Voice, Connectivity, Networking and IT) through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.

Job Objective

Create Project Planners for each new order.
Assign provisioning tasks to Service Delivery Agents to ensure services delivered on time and within schedule.
Provide weekly updates to all key stakeholders from the Customer and sales person to the delivery team and SMT.
Manage and document processes and monitor controls.
Manage the Project on a day to day basis whilst liaising with delivery team.
Meeting co-ordination, minute taking and action requests.
The Provisioning Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing orders and ensuring services are delivered on time and to the specified quality. This includes a clear and understandable lines of communication between all parties.
Manage a customer on boarding documentation to ensure a smooth transition from delivery to support.

Key Tasks

End to end order provisioning to include entering product lines into
Take ownership and manage multiple deliverables at various stages of provisioning, and of varying levels of complexity.
Liaising with key suppliers to deliver against expectations, and collaboratively managing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Efficient and timely coordination of activities across all teams is vital to ensure customers receive the highest quality of service delivery
This includes a clear and understandable line of communication between all parties on a weekly basis, even in the event of no real update

Skills & Competencies

Proactive and organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills both written and spoken.
Excellent attention to detail.
Analytical and inquisitive, with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
M365 Planner experience.
Able to build solid relationships with customers, both internal and external as well as all other stakeholders.
Financial management, of all related project expenditure, hardware, software, capital and opex
