Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of a complex organizational programme from start up to use case creation
- Coordinate project specialist approval activities and set priorities to align with project targets.
- Responsible for ensuring the project objectives for schedule, cost, risk and quality are met.
- Responsible for the preparation and presentation of all approval artefacts in conjunction with specialist subject matter experts.
- Define and promote formal communication methods and establishing open and consistent communication within the team, with the PMO and management.
Requirements:
- Experience of leading Project Delivery in a defence sector environment
- UK maritime experience
- Comfortable working in sensitive project delivery environment, have an understanding of the assurance and scrutiny requirements required and able to work through delivery friction at pace
- Evidence of ability to deliver programme and project milestones against demanding performance, cost and time constraints
- APMP, MSP or Prince2 certification
