They will be responsible for managing spend against the budget.

The successful project manager will be responsible for setting up and running a highly effective project rhythm. They will hold contributors to account to ensure work is delivered to plan and that project dependencies are properly identified and managed. They will identify and capture project risks and plan appropriate mitigation activities. They will be responsible for facilitating great technical communication between project contributors. They will need to demonstrate an ability to digest complex engineering topics quickly to allow them to properly represent these issues to other stakeholders, make project decisions based on technical information and effectively communicate these decisions and their impact on project delivery.

Beneficial Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in managing complex engineering projects

  • Experience leading projects across whole product development lifecycle, from concept generation through to new product introduction
