Are you an experienced Project Manager highly skilled in Lean Manufacturing Techniques looking for your next opportunity. We are looking for a Project Manager desirably from a manufacturing / production or Engineering background to manage existing and future projects for some high end clients.
Key Duties:
- Implement LEAN Operations across the business
- Project manage existing & future contracts including the use of gated contract review & gated project lifecycle management processes with cross functional input, quotation & tender processes.
- Perform Production Engineer tasks including Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis, change processes, & standardization of production processes
- Develop MRP/ERP system processes where applicable
- Develop a Production Planning Process relevant to projects
- Undertake Continual Improvement Activity
- Comply with Health & Safety requirements
- Develop & Prepare Statistical information via EMIR, CRM & Excel
- Understand, analyse, prepare engineering reports for senior management when required
Skills:
- Project Management experience
- Production Management / supervisory experience
- Engineering or automotive background would be an advantage
- Lean Manufacturing Techniques - for example Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S
- Research and analytical Skills
