Your Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in turning potential into reality by managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from bid stage to delivery. Your focus will be on driving successful outcomes for high-profile clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert project and programme management services across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Advise clients on cost management, programme timelines, risks, and issues.
- Lead multi-disciplinary professional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Produce monthly reports, including project programmes and risk registers.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies and delivery plans.
- Continuously challenge the status quo and improve performance in fast-paced environments.
What You'll Bring:
- A recognised Project Management qualification (APM, RICS, or similar) or working towards one.
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the full project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Expertise in best practice project management techniques and a deep understanding of NEC contracts (NEC Accreditation preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate diverse personalities and needs across a broad client base.
