Our client a South Wales based Main Contractor currently seek an experienced Project Manager to work in their Roofing & Cladding division heading up a Project at Portishead Marina.
The work itself is the external refurbishment of an apartment block on the seafront.
It is essential that you hold a Black CSCS card and can provide recent work references for similar projects undertook.
Duties will include:
- Removal of old cladding and frame system cutting it back to render
- Hacking off old Render System
- New Render Installations
- New Rain Screen installations
- Managing Direct & Sub Contract Labour Hire
- Religiously following Site Installations programs
- Logistics
- Progress reporting to management tier
- Amending & Adjusting Method statements and Risk Assessments where necessary
- All other associated tasks as instructed
This is a permanent or fixed term contract position for the right candidate with a start date expected in February
