Project Manager

Osenka Recruitment is collaborating with aPrinciple Contractor whom delivers both interior fit out and new build residential projects. Thereservices include creating new build homes to permitted development conversions for contemporary living, without ever compromising on value or quality. The properties theycreate are more than a structure. They are recruiting for a Project Manager

As a skilled and motivated Project Manager you willoversee and drive the successful execution and completion of this new build development comprising of 3 blocks, 5 storeys 68 apartments (1-3 beds), 4 office spaceswithin this organisation. The ideal ProjectManagerwill possess a strong background in residential & commercial projects, with a proven ability to communicate effectively across teams. This role requires expertise in methodologiesto ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project life cycle.
• Implement cost control measures to manage project budgets effectively.
• Utilise data analysis skills to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation..
• Facilitate regular project meetings to review status updates, address challenges, and celebrate milestones.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safetyprinciples throughout the project management process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in residential andcommercial developments.
• Strong understanding of systems and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
