What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in Project/Programme Management in engineering, nuclear, aerospace, automotive, defence or related environment.
- Strong risk management skills and sound business judgement.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to tackle new challenges and manage ambiguity.
- Experience in leading projects from a business perspectivesuch as EVM, schedule adherence, and schedule risk assessments.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
