Westlakes Recruit are currently looking for a Commissioning Project Manager on a permanent basis in the greater Bristol area.
????The Commissioning Manager will be responsible to:
* Ensure Safety is the highest priority on the project, with a continued strive towards Zero Harm. Leads the project delivery team as a role model for all aspects of safety, ensuring a proactive approach to nuclear, radiological, conventional and environmental safety.
* Oversees the delivery of consultancy projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, budgetary constraints, and timelines.
* Provides expert guidance on key built environment disciplines, such as urban planning, architecture, engineering, and sustainability.
* Participates in Business development activities and represents the organisation at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
* Manages the preparation and execution of the arrangements for controlling, witnessing, recording and assessing construction and commissioning activities for both nuclear and non-nuclear projects.
* Compiles the project execution strategy, defines scope and owns the delivery plan.
* Establishes and maintains all processes and procedures required for construction and commissioning delivery.
* Actively participates in the company digital transformation process and leads the requirement to enable 'advanced construction and commissioning' activities.
Requirements:
* Preferred degree or HNC/HND in Engineering related subject. 10 years of experience
* Project management knowledge, preferably APM member.
