The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will join a thriving 60-strong team in Bristol, including 12 dedicated Project Management specialists. The team is currently delivering an exciting mix of Healthcare, Education, and Higher Education projects ranging from 1m to 5m, while also engaging in a wide variety of sectors, including mixed-use, office, residential, sports, leisure, hospitality, technology, and industrial developments.

The Senior Project Manager

Will have:

Must have previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Experience in Education or Health sectors is ideal but not crucial
Should hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a related construction field
MRICS ideally (or MCIOB / MAPM)
A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion RIBA 0-7 ideally
JCT and NEC contract experience is highly desirable
