Senior Design Manager

A loyal client to Sphereare looking for a Senior Design Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.

Thisopportunityis in relation to a well known,prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a circa 300M new build element of the scheme.

Your new company are a large global group, operatingacross multiple sectors andindustries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.

My client are looking for a Senior Design Manager (No.2), to work within an establishedTechnical / Design team across the above mentioned project, whilst reporting into a Design Lead for the scheme.

Therefore, the ideal individual for the positionwill have extensive experience within new build and major projects, whilst operating at a similar level / title. A strong Tier 1 background would also be desirable.
