A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Design Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.
This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across the below project:
- New Build Office Block
- 8 Storeys
- 120,000sq ft
Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.
My client are looking for an experienced Design Lead or Senior Design Manager, capable of overseeing the Pre-Construction and Design elements of the scheme, as well as an associated Design / Technical team.
The ideal candidate for the role will have extensive Tier 1 / Main Contractor experience, extensive Pre Construction experience, and examples of proven work history across new build Office Blocks.
