We are recruiting an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to oversee capital works for education projects.
-Plan and deliver major construction projects on time and budget and to the desired specification, through the use of appropriate Project Management strategies.
-Develop and use a detailed project plan
-Management of teams of consultants and contractors to effectively deliver works
-Effectively manage the project team to enable them to manage and deliver works.
-Management of large and complex budgets in line with guidelines.
-Effective management of H&S for the project.
This is a long-term contract that offers excellent working conditions and rates of pay. It is deemed inside IR35 so the rate is umbrella.
