Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead life cycle and capital projects within a healthcare environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage client relationships, SPV expectations, and on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee chillers, boilers, painting, and small capital works.
• Manage the client and SPV, ensuring expectations are met.
• Work alongside an existing Project Manager/Site Supervisor, providing technical expertise and mentorship.
• Navigate a traditional client environment, where relationship management is crucial.
