Role Overview:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual looking to embark on (or build upon) their career in Property Management. This role is ideal for someone new to the industry or with limited experience, offering hands-on training and career progression within a vibrant and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Assistant Property Manager:

Assisting senior property managers with day-to-day portfolio management

Processing safety certificates and ensuring compliance

Liaising with tenants and contractors regarding maintenance and repairs

Assisting with routine maintenance coordination

Managing property keys and related administrative tasks

Providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords

Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Skills and Qualifications Assistant Property Manager:

General administration experience (Microsoft Office essential)

Customer service experience, preferably dealing with the public

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

A genuine interest in property and people

Previous experience in property management is advantageous but not essential (full training provided)
Package and Benefits Assistant Property Manager:

Basic Salary: £24,000
-
Realistic OTE: £27,000 (Uncapped Pooled Commission)

25 Days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
