They are growing from strength to strength with their pipeline of projects continually growing, and they now wish to expand their team to fuel future success.In this role you will be responsible for driving the acquisition process for suitable land to deliver renewable energy assets nationwide. This will involve engagement with landowners, agents and solicitors, leading negotiations for Head of Terms and option & lease agreements, and advising on land transactions.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the land acquisition process for large scale projects such as renewable assets and real estate developments. You should hold a relevant degree in land, estate management or similar, and have a keen interest in renewable energy.This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative renewable energy specialist in a pivotal role where you can advance your career and help to drive zero carbon emissions.The Role:

  • Drive land acquisition process for large scale renewable energy developments
  • Lead negotiations for Head of Terms, and Option & Lease agreements
  • Engage with landowners, agents and solicitors
  • Advise on land transactions
  • Work closely with planning and development team
  • Hybrid working - minimum of 1 day a week in Bristol office

The Person:

  • Land agent / manager
  • Good knowledge of land acquisition process for large scale renewable or rural projects
  • Degree qualified relevant discipline such as land, estate management or similar
  • Full UK driving license
