Senior Property Manager – Benefits

Senior Property Manager – Duties
- Act as the key contact for a portfolio of managed units
- Support and develop junior members of the departmentÂ
- Handle disputes and any complaints
- Carry out check outs, inventories and inspection
- Advise Landlords on legal requirements
- Deal directly with deposit returns
Senior Property Manager – Experience Needed
- Two years Property Management experience is required
- Takes ownership and responds to situations quickly
- Able to work independently whilst also being able to lead a small team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional written and verbal communicationÂ
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packagesÂ
